Steel frame lattice:

Series 1(spacing 30mm steel plate)is the most common type, use in all industrial areas, this series of products of bearing flat-steel center distance 30mm for American standards. And in the steel plate series, the surface has strong impact resistance. It is widely used in power plant, refineries, sewage treatment plant , granaries, chemical plants, highway, airport and wharf and footpath, stair footfall and drain. One serrated grating can be used in place of damp, satiny, especially for the polyonal oil plantforms.

Series 2(spacing 40mm) steel plate is special for the application and development of mining industry, it solved the varieties of mineral splashed on deck. This series of steel plate with nomial size for 50x60mm, allow the most splashed material wear , so as to ensure the safety and clean surface, this product is often specified in the pan,crushing system and the ball mill.

Steel grating:This product is appliacble to the industrial building, public facilities, device frame, platform, floor. Sideway, stair tread, trenchcover, fencing and ceiling which use for the followiing industry;petroleum, chemistry, metallurgy, light industry,shipbuilding, energy and municipal services, etc.

2)      Bearing Bar Pitch (center to center):

12.5,15,25,30,30.16,32.5,34,40,41.25,45,50,60,60.32,80,100mmetc, also be according to the client’s requirement and 30,40,60mm are recommended.American standard is also .

3)Cross Bar Pitch(center to center):

38,50,76,100,101.6mm etc, 50,100 are recommended . American standard is available

4)Material :

Mild Steel(Low Carbon Steel) or Stainless Steel

5) Surface Treatment:

Untreated, Painting or Hot Dip Galvanized
